We support the opportunity lifecycle from development through to contracting, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and the financial support organizations. RPF tenders, customer business case analysis, total cost of ownership modelling – we take it all in our stride.

The Proposal Management Senior Advisor will contribute to our company’s growth by leading the development of winning proposals for high‑profile projects, collaborating with diverse teams from sales, finance, legal, technical experts, and executives in a dynamic environment, and seizing opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a thriving technology company.

• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously with varying complexity and deadlines
• Lead regional teams on projects impacting the proposal process, potentially engaging on global projects
• Oversee the end‑to‑end proposal development cycle, curating content that highlights win themes and value propositions, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality, customized proposals
• Interface with customers and senior‑level leadership during the sales proposal process, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and create compelling content
• Coordinate proposal review processes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

• 8+ years of proven experience in proposal management, demonstrating a strong track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a high degree of proficiency
• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Proven track record of strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and demonstrating the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• High degree of self‑confidence and demonstrated ability to influence others effectively

• APMP Practitioner Certification (Association of Proposal Management Professionals)
• Command skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
