Jobtailor is seeking a supervisor to manage daily activities of the Borrower Recovery Teams in a regulated environment. You will ensure compliance with federal and state laws, resolve borrower issues, and oversee collection accounts to improve overall service quality.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in collections or highly regulated fields and a strong knowledge of applicable laws. Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
