Kids ’R' Kids Learning Academy is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our team and help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 12–18 months. (9:30 AM-6:30 PM)

• Provide loving, attentive care to toddlers throughout the day.
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
• Support children as they develop communication, motor, social, and self-help skills.
• Follow individual feeding, diapering, nap, and daily care routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s daily experiences and development.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow all health, safety, and childcare licensing requirements.

• Previous childcare or toddler classroom experience preferred.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Patient, nurturing, reliable, and responsible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements.
