Construction Estimator

We’re looking for a highly skilled Construction Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in public works or K-12 construction. If you’re currently working as an estimator and are looking for a high-autonomy role where your numbers drive real outcomes — we want to talk to you!

• -Ownestimatesfromconceptthroughsubcontractorbuyout.
• -Build competitive lump sum and negotiated bids for school, municipal, and specialty site projects.
• -Workcloselywitharchitects,owners,andPMstoensureprecisescopesandpricing.
• -Assembleproposalpackages,instructionstobidders,clarifications,andbidtabs.
• -Leadsubcontractoroutreachandrecruiting,evaluations,andpricingstrategy.
• - Help us win smart, profitable work — and avoid the junk.

• -5+ years of experience estimating construction projects (ideally in the public or education sector)
• -Proficiency with takeoff software (Bluebeam), Microsoft Excel, and estimating platforms (RS Means)
• -Experienceleadingestimatingefforts—notjustassisting.
• -Strongunderstandingofunitpricing,value engineering,andbidstrategy.
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
