Sabey Construction, Inc. is hiring a Senior Superintendent to join their mission‑critical construction team in Round Rock, TX. This field‑focused leadership role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site execution on complex, technical projects while mentoring superintendents and foremen. You will coordinate large subcontractor teams, drive safety and schedule, and ensure high‑quality delivery across mechanical, electrical, and specialty scopes. Responsibilities- Train and develop incoming and rising superintendents.
- Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors to ensure contract compliance.
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules and reports.
- Coach, train, and develop construction personnel.
- Collaborate with Corporate Safety Director on safety policies; primary responsibility for site safety.
- Inform supervisor of labor disputes and personnel problems.
- Supervise subcontractor labor crews; schedule and coordinate activities.
- Schedule material routing and delivery; take precautions against theft.
- Co‑chair weekly construction meetings of subcontractors/vendors.
- Review and approve overtime work requests; obtain security clearances.
- Maintain a daily recap of events and review with project manager.
- Ensure quality control program compliance and minimize punch list.
- Assist project manager or estimating manager with bid documents and estimates.
- Review subcontractor/vendor invoices; recommend approval or adjustments.
- Document all field changes and as‑built conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 15+ years of field experience in supervisory roles in commercial construction with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or comparable work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Full working knowledge of project scheduling and software platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑track delivery environment without compromising quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supervising and managing labor crews, maintaining schedules, and identifying site risks.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and subcontractors.
- Strong people‑management and time‑management skills.
- Working knowledge of building construction and basic building maintenance.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Committed to continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.

Annual base salary range: $110,589 – $165,884. Relocation assistance provided.
