We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager (5–7 years experience) to run commercial projects from pre‑con through closeout. This role owns schedule, budget, and execution – you must be comfortable driving the field as well as managing the project.
What You’ll Do- Run projects start to finish (buyout → closeout)
- Manage subs, vendors, clients, and inspections
- Control budget, schedule, and change orders
- Be present in the field and keep jobs moving
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- 5–7 years commercial construction PM experience (required)
- Buildertrend (or similar) experience (required)
Strong knowledge of construction methods + sequencing - OSHA 30 preferred
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Comfortable holding clients, subs, and vendors accountable
- Confident in enforcing purchase orders and contract terms
- Direct communicator—can handle tough conversations professionally
- Proactive, organized, and solutions‑driven
