Brasfield & Gorrie is actively seeking motivated individuals to apply for the role of Construction Laborer. Below are the key responsibilities for this position:

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Work at elevated heights when necessary.
• Engage in various physical labor tasks for construction projects.
• Utilize knowledge of tools and materials related to commercial construction.
• Operate hand and power tools, such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment.
• Prepare construction sites, including digging trenches, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and managing debris and rubble cleanup.
• Assist skilled craft workers as needed.
• Be prepared to work in all weather conditions; this may include prolonged bending, squatting, standing, and lifting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in commercial construction.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods is essential.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
