Equipment Operator / General Laborer

Seeking a dependable Equipment Operator to support outdoor maintenance, construction, and general labor projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who works safely, follows instructions, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

Safely operate light and heavy motorized equipment.
Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance.
Assist with outdoor maintenance, construction, and repair projects.
Maintain roads, drainage areas, rights-of-way, and other outdoor spaces.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
Complete general labor duties as assigned.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements

Equipment operation or construction experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to climb, bend, kneel, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
