Construction Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support large-scale commercial and industrial concrete construction projects. Despite the title, this role functions more like a Project Manager and is responsible for estimating, budgeting, change order management, and overall project execution. This is a great opportunity to join an established concrete contractor working on high-profile projects across Texas.

• Develop project estimates and pricing
• Manage change orders from pricing through execution
• Track project budgets and financial performance
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation
• Support project planning from preconstruction through closeout
• Identify and resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule and within budget

• 1+ year of concrete construction experience (more strongly preferred)
• Experience with project coordination, project engineering, or project management
• Estimating and cost management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Concrete subcontractor experience highly preferred
• Commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or civil construction experience
• Experience managing concrete scopes such as foundations, slabs, structural concrete, paving, or rebar packages
