Overview

As beloved sons and daughters of God, we, the parish of Saint William, are called to proclaim, by word and deed, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, crucified and risen. By the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the grace of the Sacraments, we endeavor to lead all souls to heaven by fostering spiritual healing and equipping all people for the work of ministry.

The Music Coordinator is a part‑time position and is responsible for fostering the spiritual growth and musical talents of the parish's youth and adults. The coordinator will direct, recruit, and train children, teenagers and adults to actively participate in the liturgy through sacred music. The goal is to help them understand their role as liturgical ministers while building a foundation of vocal training, liturgical understanding, and active participation in the Catholic Mass.

The Music Coordinator reports to the Music Director and supports the director in all aspects.

We are a vibrant, growing parish seeking a part‑time Music Coordinator who is a strong servant leader with the ability to work creatively in a fast‑paced environment. The Music Coordinator will use this position to strengthen and uphold the Pastor’s vision and become an effective member of the Saint William staff.

The Music Coordinator should be committed to forming disciples in the Church while also pursuing personal and leadership growth. The coordinator should serve as a humble witness of faith and steward both personal gifts and parish resources to help build young disciples. As a collaborative team member, the coordinator will support the parish’s mission of leading people to heaven.
