Starting Pay: $19–$21/hour (Based on Experience)

Possible 4‑day work week for the right candidate.

Gator Garage Doors is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our technicians and deliver excellent service to our customers.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and positivity.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians for seamless service.
• Provide updates, answer questions, and guide customers through next steps.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, helpful solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely help the customer.
• Develop deep knowledge of our services to become a trusted expert for homeowners.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (home services or technology is a bonus).
• Strong organization and multitasking ability.
• A calm, friendly, customer‑first attitude—even on busy days.
• Comfort with technology (Service Titan experience is a plus).
• Reliability, team spirit, and a desire to grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
