A frontline member services associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining checkout and store areas, handling transactions, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

• Provide member service, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges following company procedures.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and assist with emergency response.
• Assist with training new associates on processes, technology, and tools.
• Maintain required documentation, logs, and paperwork.
• Identify and report shrink, damages, or potential theft to management.
• Communicate progress and priorities and work collaboratively with managers and teammates.

• Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash registers).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
