About the Role
As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will work with customers to explain our offerings, conduct outreach to customers who are overdue on loan payments, and help identify solutions.
You support the Branch Manager in creating a positive, supportive, and well‑run office in the communities we serve.
Training and GrowthTraining provided. In‑depth training will help you understand our products and how we assist customers. There are tremendous growth opportunities from this role throughout the company.
Core Responsibilities- Explain offerings to customers.
