In this position, you'll guide each family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, making certain every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and excellence. You'll manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions experiences, and uphold meticulous applicant data that supports sound decision-making.

What You Will Be DoingManage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (online and face-to-face).
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care.
Attend all admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, both in-person and virtually.
What You Won’t Be Doing- Shape admissions policy or render final admissions judgments
- Function in a strictly administrative capacity without direct family engagement
- Work within a sluggish, overly procedural structure
- Prioritize rapport-building alone without robust execution and accountability
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow visits.
Maintain admissions platforms, documentation, and outreach with accuracy and currency.
Basic Requirements- Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar functions
- Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain precise applicant records or CRM information
- At ease managing remote responsibilities alongside in-person campus duties
- Capable of adapting rapidly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
