Are you passionate about early childhood education and inspired by the curiosity of toddlers? We’re looking for a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Toddler Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing team!

• Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a safe, loving, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support toddlers’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication
• Lead and mentor assistant teachers in the classroom
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and safety regulations

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with toddlers (infants through 24 months)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
