You will facilitate life skills workshops that engage students, motivate them to meet their learning targets, and develop the habits and mindset necessary for long-term success. What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, coaching them while reinforcing reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning apps and meet their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive interactions
- Monitoring student progress and identifying needs, escalating concerns early, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection
- Delivering instruction in core subjects - our Apps handle that

Basic Requirements- Ability to work full-time and in-person at our campus in Palo Alto, CA;
Piedmont, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Santa Monica, CA;
Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
Chicago, IL;
Miami, FL - Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable environments
- Strong storytelling ability and energetic presentation skills: capable of engaging and maintaining the attention of young children in group settings
- Capacity to maintain high standards for both yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their goals
- Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
