After School Program – Triple A Careers  School Year Position Details

Wednesday Group Leader responsible for a specific group of students each Wednesday afternoon. Tasks include check‑in, snack time, outdoor activities, enrichment programming, and homework/quiet time. The role is fast‑learning; a five‑day training period is provided with ongoing learning opportunities.

Mon‑Tue‑Thu‑Fri: 2:00‑6:30 pm. Wed: 12:00‑6:00 pm. Staff may work up to 25 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours through other school programs. These hours follow the Meridian school calendar; the position is not paid for the following holidays:

• September 1, 2025 – Labor Day
• October 6‑10, 2025 – Fall Break
• November 22‑28, 2025 – Thanksgiving Break
• December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026 – Winter Break
• January 19, 2026 – MLK Day
• March 16‑20, 2026 – Spring Break
• April 3, 2025 – Good Friday

July 29, 2025 – May 22, 2026 (2025‑2026 school year).

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least six months experience in childcare
• Ability to obtain and pass required background check
• CPR/First Aid certification within 14 days of employment
• Positions determined by the Triple A Manager and contingent on interview

Fingerprinting and background checks are required as a condition of employment and will be conducted at the new hire’s cost.
