Job Overview

Alpha’s model allows students to complete their academic work in two hours daily using AI‑driven self‑guided applications. No traditional teachers. No lectures. This structure enables you to focus on high‑impact workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture; driving students toward full goal achievement through live analytics; and developing the Guides who support this work beside you.

Typical Workday
  • Morning: individual Guide coaching and performance data analysis.
  • Midday: structured student workshop with a playbook exercise.
  • Afternoon: motivational work, engagement with individual students and incentive architecture.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating structured one‑hour workshops on essential life competencies (public speaking, concentration, feedback culture) for K‑8 cohorts.
  • Conducting targeted motivation interventions using real‑time student data and Alpha’s incentive infrastructure to achieve 100% goal attainment across your cohort.
  • Developing Guides through focused coaching on program consistency and standards adherence.
  • Managing your own student cohort concurrently with Guide development responsibilities.
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators weekly.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Delivering academic instruction or providing subject tutoring.
  • Creating original curriculum or lesson plans independently.
  • Training Guides in traditional teaching methods.
  • Accepting 99% performance as sufficient when the standard is 100%.
  • Serving as the campus emotional support figure without accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Execute Alpha’s three core commitments for every student in your cohort: develop genuine enthusiasm for school, achieve learning velocity twice that of traditional classrooms, and acquire meaningful life competencies.

Basic Requirements
  • Work on‑site at one of the listed Alpha campuses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or comparable field.
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more adults, including hiring and performance‑based terminations.
  • Hands‑on experience working directly with children ages 5‑14 in educational contexts.
  • Experience building, launching, or scaling a program or initiative from inception.
  • Documented use of quantitative data and performance metrics to set weekly objectives and inform decisions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline.
  • Background in coaching athletics, leading outdoor or experiential education programs, or managing youth ministry at scale.
  • Transitioned from classroom teaching to program development or operational leadership roles in EdTech, tutoring enterprises, or youth‑focused nonprofits.
  • Exceptional individual achievement early in your career.
  • Conviction that the education system requires fundamental redesign.
Compensation and Work Hours

Full‑time (40 hours per week), compensating $150,000 USD per year, paid weekly. Health benefits begin day one. Work is performed on a full‑time basis in the role’s campus location.
