The Department of World Languages and Literatures at Texas State University seeks to develop a pool of educators with expertise in Spanish for temporary/nontenured faculty positions at the rank of lecturer.
Responsibilities- Teach one to four courses per semester, depending on student demand.
- Grant appointments are based on semester‑by‑semester demand.
- Subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluations and department funding and need.
- Teach at San Marcos and Round Rock campuses and/or online.
- Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field.
- Ph.D. in the specific area of instruction.
- Previous teaching experience.
Temporary;
Full‑Time or Part‑Time.
