Nontenure Faculty Pool – Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education, and School Psychology
Position Title:
Nontenure Faculty Pool – Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education, and School Psychology.
College:
College of Education, Department of Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education, and School Psychology.
We are seeking temporary/nontenured faculty to teach one to four courses per semester in the department. Appointments are semester‑by‑semester, with opportunities to teach at the San Marcos campus, Round Rock campus, or online as needed. The pool is for Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 semesters. Positions are subject to availability of funds.
ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction for up to four courses per semester, as assigned by the department. Maintain performance evaluations and meet funding and departmental needs for continued reappointment.
Required Qualifications- Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field.
- Previous teaching experience.
- A letter of interest outlining academic and professional experience relevant for appointment.
- Unofficial transcripts (all in one document).
