- Forest Creek as a Lead Two's Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the minds of our youngest learners. This exciting opportunity allows you to create a fun and engaging learning environment for children aged 2 to 3 years old while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to early childhood education.

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Background check clearance required.
