Overview
RRC is seeking a talented Civil Engineer I to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock, Texas office. RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States.

- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to provide own design and production
- Ability to manage both staff and clients
- AutoCAD proficiency is a must, Civil 3-D is preferred
- Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy
- Exceptionally skilled at site grading a plus
- Identifying project scope and budget management
- Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy a plus
- Sitting for prolonged hours, standing, walking, and lift up to 15lbs
