Micross' Advanced Test Facility, Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS), located in Milpitas, CA, specializes in integrating design, engineering, manufacturing, and qualification processes to deliver advanced electronic test solutions, leveraging over 25 years of test expertise.
This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role located in Round Rock, TX. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing production processes, implementing process control measures, and ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing systems. The role includes analyzing and troubleshooting existing processes, introducing improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality and performance objectives. The individual will also support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
Qualifications- Strong capabilities in Process Design and Process Engineering
- SMT experience
- Knowledge and application of solder alloys, fluxes, and cleaning methods/chemistries
- Experience with Process Control methodologies and tools.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and testing processes in semiconductor or similar industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
