• Lead the design, development, and validation of complex, mixed‑signal electronic hardware systems that comply with Functional Safety requirements.
• Perform hardware safety analysis, including FMEDA and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to ensure fault‑tolerant designs.
• Define safety requirements, hazard analysis, and risk assessments in accordance with industry standards such as IEC 61508.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including firmware, systems, and reliability engineers, to deliver safety‑critical products.
• Support certification activities by working with regulatory and certification bodies to demonstrate compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or related STEM degree) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety standards and safety‑critical electronic system design.
• Proficiency in hardware safety analysis methods, including FMEDA and FTA.
• Hands‑on experience with EMC, thermal, and environmental testing for safety‑critical systems.
• Expertise in PCB design tools and simulation tools.
