Position: Civil Engineer I
RRC is seeking a talented Civil Engineer I to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications

Assess potential risks, materials and costs

Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders

Handle over the resulting structures and services for use Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Ability to provide own design and production

Ability to manage both staff and clients

AutoCAD proficiency is a must, Civil 3-D is preferred

Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy Exceptionally skilled at site grading a plus Identifying project scope and budget management

Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel Excellent verbal and writing skills
