Technical Staff Hardware Engineer, Concept Architect

• Define intent, author precise specifications, and participate in architectural decisions for hardware products and peripherals.
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams to design and develop analogue and digital hardware across the full development lifecycle from research through testing and delivery.
• Lead concept architecture explorations, evaluating new concepts, processes, materials, and components.
• Engage in iterative development with rapid feedback to enable timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

• Extensive experience in hardware engineering with concept-architecture responsibilities.
• Strong background in analogue and digital hardware design, with experience across development life cycles.
• Ability to translate requirements into precise specifications and architectures for complex hardware systems.
• Strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills suitable for senior-level roles.
