Above and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads a project team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

Understands and follows project contracts

Creates and updates project schedules in MS project or other scheduling software

Identifies and manages budget and scope creep

Identifies the need for and creates process procedures, standards and templates when needed

Act as the primary contact for the client project team and is in frequent communication

Sets up and manages internal and external kick-off, and interval meetings

Ensures adequate communication across disciplines

Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly

Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project

Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates

Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors

Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems

Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Performs other related duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Construction or Project Management, requiredA minimum of 5 years leading project teams in multi-discipline engineering or construction of renewable energy power generation and delivery systemsPMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesA clear understanding of contract language

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
