We're looking for a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our Transportation Group. This role is ideal for someone eager to lead and learn in a collaborative environment while gaining experience in bridge inspection and design from a highly specialized team.

As a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, you'll:

• Serve as a bridge inspection team leader.
• Develop detailed bridge inspection reports.
• Assist with, or generate, load rating calculations and documentation.
• Travel as needed to support inspection assignments.
• Apply structural engineering concepts to a wide range of structural inspection and design-related projects.
• Assist with Transportation-related design projects when needed.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in bridge inspection.
• Ability and willingness to travel for inspections.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform field inspections.
• Completion of NHI class
  - Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges (130055/130056).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and commitment to quality.

Preferred:

• Structural or Transportation Professional Engineering license in Texas.
• Willingness to live in, commute to, or relocate to Round Rock, TX.
• Load Rating experience.
• Structural or Transportation design experience.
• Bridge Preservation experience.
• Completion of NHI class
  - Bridge Inspection Techniques for Nonredundant Steel Tension Members (NSTM) (130078).
• Completion of NHI class
  - Underwater Bridge Inspection (130091).
• Completion of NHI class
  - Inspection of Ancillary Highway Structures (130087).
