We are currently seeking a Project or Senior level Geotechnical Engineer. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning, appreciates excellent client service, desires to lead by example, and drives innovative solutions to geotechnical challenges. The role requires a history of successful project management, commitment to technical excellence, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.

• At least 5 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or similar.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas.
• Experience working on geotechnical projects utilizing multiple deep foundation and ground improvement systems.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communications skills are essential.
• Must be personable and able to communicate with clients and staff at all levels.
• TxDot experience preferred, but not required.
