Role Description

The Relationship Banker is an entry level, full-time, on-site position located in Round Rock, TX. This role involves assisting customers with their financial needs by providing personalized banking solutions, opening accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Relationship Banker will engage with customers to offer financial products and services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure an excellent in-branch banking experience.

The role also includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and adhering to compliance regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship-building with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless service and resolution of customer issues.
  • The ability to learn and proficiently use banking software and technology platforms to manage accounts and conduct transactions effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and maintain professionalism under various circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail banking or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Commitment to upholding banking compliance and following institutional policies and standards.
