We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in an inpatient hospital pharmacy.
Job Duties- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately
- Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP guidelines
- Provide clinical support and medication consultations to healthcare staff
- Monitor medication safety, dosing, and interactions
- Document and manage orders using EMR (Meditech preferred)
- Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians
- Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) license
- 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
