Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, a clinician‑owned and operated home health agency, offers part‑time and full‑time Occupational Therapist (OT) positions. We serve the special needs community with dedicated staff, providing high‑quality, evidence‑based care in the homes and communities of children and young adults with developmental, sensory, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities. Pay Range: $57,200 – $114,000.

An Occupational Therapist (OT) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional disabilities or delays by planning and administering occupational therapy in the home and community.

• Perform evaluations and interpret assessment results; develop appropriate goals and treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.
• Assist pediatric and young adult patients in physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional development to improve independence through skilled interventions.
• Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to carry over therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine.
• Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with the physician order.
• Ensure continuity of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
• Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and trust.

• State license.
• Current CPR certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
