Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, a clinician‑owned and operated home health agency, offers part‑time and full‑time Occupational Therapist (OT) positions. Pay Range: $57,200 – $114,000.
An Occupational Therapist (OT) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social/emotional disabilities or delays by planning and administering occupational therapy in the home and community.
Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and interpret assessment results; develop appropriate goals and treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.
- Assist pediatric and young adult patients in physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional development to improve independence through skilled interventions.
- Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to carry over therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine.
- Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with the physician order.
- Ensure continuity of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.
- Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and trust.
- State license.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
