Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities Medical Expertise & Client Care- Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, GLP-1s, mHBOT and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct consultations and educate clients on wellness plans optimized for their needs.
- Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
- Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
- Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
- Assist other team members with misc tasks such as rendering services, answering phones, or checking out clients.
- Perform daily cleaning, upkeep and restocking duties.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Logging all medications, and keeping inventory.
- Reporting any clinical updates or present questions or concerns to Lead Nurse in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean studio environment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. - Licensure:
Active RN license in the applicable state. - Certifications:
Current BLS certification. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar). - Experience:
Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections. - Passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a high volume retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize safety during high volume periods.
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently as the sole nurse on staff.
