Due to continued growth and strong community demand, they are expanding their clinical team and seeking Texas-licensed mental health professionals who are committed to ethical, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
, you will provide therapy and assessment services within an established, clinician-centered practice. You will work alongside experienced professionals in well-established offices supported by strong referral networks and a consistent client base.
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely documentation
- Utilize evidence-based and integrative treatment approaches
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain an in-office presence (minimum 80% during prime hours)
- Serve clients across Round Rock, Georgetown, Austin, Pflugerville, Hutto, and Cedar Park
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Comfortable utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in person at Round Rock and/or Georgetown locations
- Integrative & Client-Centered Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Interventions
- $70,000–$85,000 annual salary, based on experience
