Resolute Rehabilitation at Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Round Rock is a 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit located at 4681 College Park Drive, Round Rock, Texas. It is designed to help patients recover from serious illness, injury, or surgery—especially those transitioning from intensive care.

• Specialized Rehab Services: Intensive therapy for strokes, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, amputation, and other complex conditions.
• Therapy Intensity: Patients typically receive 15 hours of therapy per week, guided by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Modern Facility: Located on the first floor, equipped with advanced rehab equipment and a patient‑centered environment.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and develops treatment plans that promote the ability to perform daily activities and improve functional independence.

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ daily living skills.
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families on care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Experience:
  
  Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• License:
  Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR certification required.
