• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and standards.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions.
• Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images, taking into consideration patient comfort and safety.
• Evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging data in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in radiology techniques and equipment through continuous education and training.
• Troubleshoot and report any equipment malfunctions or technical issues to appropriate personnel.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (Bachelor's preferred). Additional state requirements as applicable.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.
• State licensed
• ARRT (R) certification (CT preferred)
• BLS
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required.
