Starting Pay $15 hourly.
Hours required 5pm-11pm.
Our Guest Service Team Members are the front line of contact with our guests each and every day. They provide the charm and service that makes us special, interacting with the public and the opportunity to "Make Their Day" with the way you treat them.
Positions Included- Dining Room Attendant
Our Guest Service Team Members focus on the guest. Their primary role in the restaurant is interacting with guests. They must be able to learn the Production part of our business, but will always be "guest first".
Primary ResponsibilitiesYour primary role will be to become the face of Gatti-Town Round Rock by interacting with guests either by helping guests on the phone, at the register or at the buffet, cleaning the dining room, working in the arcade/midway area, or being involved with children's birthday parties.
