Housekeeping Room Attendant

Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre‑cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set‑up.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed, if applicable.
• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Great attention to detail.
• Previous housekeeping experience in residential or commercial settings helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.

• Performance-based incentives: earn up to $3.00 extra per hour for meeting all three key metrics (attendance, queue completion, quality).
• Open availability bonus: additional $0.50 per hour for maintaining open availability all week.
