Maintain the general appearance of the building and grounds and ensure guest rooms and areas meet cleanliness and safety standards;
Monitor and maintain operation, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and organization of guest rooms and other areas;
Complete repair and maintenance tasks on rooms (painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs, etc.);
Inspect the property and report needs to Supervisor;
Cross-train in laundry, housekeeping, and front desk functions if possible
