Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We have an exciting Lead Enterprise Architect opportunity in the Round Rock area. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on identifying inefficiencies, designing breakthrough solutions, and leveraging emerging technologies to unlock new levels of performance. You will work across departments—to reimagine how to deliver value to stakeholders while ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise process architectures to provide visibility into business capabilities, process interdependencies, and system integrations.
- Analyze and map existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement and breakthrough innovation.
- Design and implement reengineered processes that align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Evaluate and recommend technology-driven solutions (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows) to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for process transformation initiatives, including AI adoption.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes based on feedback and analytics.
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Serve as a change agent and thought leader, promoting a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Requires minimum 8 years of experience in business process improvement, enterprise architecture, or transformation
- Requires excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prefer experience with BPR methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) and EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
