Product Engineering Manager – Tech Focused

Must have

• B.S. in Chemical, Biomedical, Software, or a related Engineering field, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in delivering technical solutions directly to customers, particularly in software installation troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication abilities for managing intricate technical discussions and producing clear documentation.
• Previous experience with MES development, testing, or implementation (preferred).
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including database schema comprehension and SQL query capabilities (preferred).
• Experience in managing technical teams is advantageous.
• System administration or support experience in a Windows environment is preferable.

• Lead and provide mentorship to a team of MES Software Product Engineers, ensuring top-notch application support.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in real-time production settings, guaranteeing prompt and effective solutions.
• Employ innovative strategies to streamline processes and minimize troubleshooting durations.
• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize customer needs and promote enhancements within internal operations.
• Manage customer communications with professionalism and clarity throughout the resolution process.
