What you’ll achieveAs the NA Social Media Roadmap & Asset Management Specialist, you will support the tactical planning and day‑to‑day execution of the North America social media roadmap. You will work closely with Social Strategists and Media Planners to help ensure messages are delivered effectively across paid channels. You will assist in managing the paid social asset lifecycle—including asset planning, localization, vendor funding approvals, and trafficking—helping to ensure smooth execution and operational accuracy.
You will collaborate with Influencer, Media, and Organic Social teams to support an integrated regional ecosystem.
- Support the development and maintenance of the NA social media roadmap with Strategists and Media Planners.
- Coordinate the localization workflow, ensuring assets meet market requirements.
- Manage vendor‑funding approvals by tracking timelines, deliverables, and compliance.
- Ensure influencer content is properly prepared and ready for media activation.
- Assist in aligning vendor‑funding plans with content availability and campaign needs.
- Collaborate with the Organic Social team to support paid + owned integration.
- Maintain strong cross‑functional communication to ensure operational consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate workflow‑heavy processes.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content operations.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working across multiple teams.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and adapt to shifting needs.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with content localization and production processes.
- Familiarity with internal tools such as Dell Share, DAM systems, and Workfront.
- Understanding of vendor funding processes and creative approval workflows.
