Why this role matters In the Customer Communications Group, we design intuitive, end-to-end digital communications experiences that help customers achieve their goals with ease. As an UX Designer, you will contribute to the design of customer journeys and interfaces- translating requirements into clear user flows, thoughtful interactions, and high-quality UI designs. Your work will help reduce friction, increase usability, and ensure consistency across the digital ecosystem.
What you'll achieve You will support the design and delivery of user-centered experiences across defined features or journey segments. You'll turn customer and business requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, leveraging design systems and reusable components. Your work will improve clarity, task success, and overall user satisfaction. You will - Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that support seamless customer journeys across digital products.
- Create intuitive, scalable UI solutions using established design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with content and research to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Apply usability best practices, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns across all designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing insights, and performance data.
- Contribute to maintaining design consistency by following and reinforcing design system guidelines.
- Clearly communicate design decisions through walkthroughs, documentation, and annotations.
Essential requirements - 2-5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design.
- Proven experience designing customer journeys, user flows, and UI experiences, including building interactive prototypes.
- Working knowledge of design systems, components, and reusable patterns.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback. Desirable requirements - Experience working on B2B or SaaS products.
- Exposure to usability testing or UX research methods.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
