Responsibilities
Forsys Inc. is a global Lead-to-Revenue and Enterprise Transformation consulting firm helping enterprises modernize revenue operations and core business platforms. Headquartered in Milpitas, California, Forsys partners with enterprise customers across the Americas to deliver large-scale Oracle, Salesforce, and cloud-led transformations.
As a Business Architect, with 10-15 Years of experience you will be the strategic linchpin for our high-growth clients.
You will lead the architectural definition of their entire Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle—from initial lead capture and complex CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) logic to automated billing, revenue recognition, and renewals. You aren't just implementing software; you are re-engineering the commercial engine of organizations to scale. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural vision, design, and governance of customers’ lead-to-cash lifecycle, associated business processes, and the technical architecture.
You will mentor technical teams and act as the "Trusted Advisor" to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Process Transformation
:
Lead discovery workshops to map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" business processes. Advanced expertise in business capability management, value stream mapping, and strategic portfolio alignment. - Assessment & Advisory
:
Run deep‑dive evaluations to provide strategic guidance and recommend standardized, scalable solutions based on best practices and business strategy. - Solution Blueprinting
:
Design end‑to‑end L2C architectures that integrate Salesforce (CRM/Revenue Cloud), Middleware (Mule Soft/Workato), and ERPs (Net Suite/Oracle/SAP). - Architecture
:
Establish and enforce architectural guidelines, best practices, governance frameworks. - Practice Leadership
:
Develop internal best practices, reusable L2C frameworks, and mentor mid‑level consultants.
- Experience
: 10–15 years in the Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash domain, and at least 5 years as a Business Architect. - Digital Transformation
:
Demonstrable experience supporting large digital transformation, modernization, or consolidation initiatives. - Implementation
:
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud or similar applications. Running discovery workshops for large‑scale transformation programs. - Technical Fluency
:
Expert‑level knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Contracts) or similar platforms (Apttus/Conga, Zuora).
