Programmatic Manager
he Programmatic Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple trading platforms, driving performance against regional business goals.
This role manages campaign setup, execution, pacing, and in-platform optimization across all formats (display, video, native, CTV, rich media and emerging channels), ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. They apply programmatic best practices across bidding strategies, audience targeting, inventory selection, and measurement to maximize performance.
The Programmatic Manager works closely with regional leadership, media planners, creative enablement, analytics, and ad operations to ensure campaigns are launched on time, optimized effectively, and aligned to overall marketing objectives.

As a Programmatic Manager, you will execute and optimize programmatic campaigns to meet performance goals, maintain strong operational rigor across setup, QA, and reporting, support process improvements and knowledge sharing across programmatic teams.
