Technical Support Representative

• Provide tier 1 or tier 2 support in a fast-paced communication center
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for connectivity, installation, and equipment defects
• Educate customers and configure client's equipment remotely when needed
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next tier of support
• Document results of interactions using multiple computers and databases.

• High School diploma or General Education Degree
• Experience in Help Desk, Energy Management, HVAC, or Electrical is preferred
• Excellent analyzation skills
• Problem solving capabilities
• Proficient computer skills in remote desktops, G-Suite and OS navigation
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
• Ability to organize documents and records as well as detailed note taking.

Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent analyzation skills while providing tier 1 and tier 2 support in a fast-paced communication center. Proficient in remote desktop support and effective documentation of customer interactions.
