We are seeking a senior Salesforce Solution Architect with 9 to 12 years of IT experience, specializing in Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) / Revenue Cloud. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the Solution Delivery Lifecycle - translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, governing corporate business applications roadmaps, and ensuring seamless Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design: Act as the ultimate Solution Design Authority throughout the delivery lifecycle. Validate and map business requirements into high-quality technical solution concepts, core application architectures, and future-state roadmaps.
ARM & Revenue Lifecycle Leadership: Architect end-to-end Q2C, subscription, and usage-based billing solutions using Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). Drive guided selling, order decomposition/orchestration, dynamic pricing waterfalls, contract life cycles, and revenue recognition rules (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Lifecycle Delivery & Hands-On Guidance: Own end-to-end delivery quality on time and within budget. Provide hands-on guidance, design reviews, debugging, performance analysis, and unit testing support. Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to transform wireframes into functional frontend/backend components.
Stakeholder Alignment & Strategy: Collaborate closely with internal business and IT stakeholders to define Corporate Business Systems roadmaps, articulate solution benefits, manage implementation constraints, and drive business outcome goals.
Governance, Standards & Best Practices: Ensure designs align with architectural standards, security policies, dynamic fulfillment plans, and reusability guidelines. Document and share best practices while advocating for process improvements across teams.
Experience &
Education:
9+ years of dedicated Salesforce platform experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.S.) from a reputed university.ARM / Revenue Cloud Domain Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management), Salesforce CPQ, Billing, dynamic catalog management, and ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Net Suite).
Salesforce Product Knowledge: Broad hands-on solutioning expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Relevant Trailhead Badges/Superbadges and Salesforce Architect/CPQ certifications preferred.
