Maintenance Supervisor & Technician – Affinity Living Communities

Axis Residential, a division of the Inland Group, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor & Technician to join our active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Austin, TX.

Locations:
Affinity at Wells Branch, Affinity at Round Rock, Affinity at Cedar Park, Affinity at South Park Meadows.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the site team to carry out daily maintenance needs of the community.
  • Ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards.
  • Lead the on‑site maintenance team: daily repairs, service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance.
  • Build strong positive relationships with residents, on‑site team, and regional team.
  • Work evenings and weekends as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Team player with a “we over me” approach to building relationships.
  • Determined, ambitious, and self‑motivated.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, property management software (Yardi, On‑Site), and CRM solutions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Valid driver’s license; insured, operable vehicle.
