This is a position for someone who is a hands‑on leader. You’ll lead a capable team to deliver and install office furniture throughout Central Texas. We will train the right person who displays a positive and professional attitude, a solid work ethic and leadership performance.
- Reports to:Director of Operations
- FLSA Status:Non-Exempt
- Pay Rate:$22-$30 per hour, depending on related experience
- Total Compensation:$30 – $38 per hour including benefits.

- Must have your own tools (basic tools)
- Valid Driver’s License for 3 years or more
- Ability to be insured by our insurance carrier
- Ability to pass drug screen & background verification
- Flexibility to various schedule shifts
- Ability to lift & move up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Education – HS Diploma or GED
- Must speak and write English. Some Spanish would be great but not required.
- Leadership and/or Supervisor experience of 1 year or more
